Keke de Avena y Plátano

Ingredientes

  • 250g Avena Santa Catalina
  • 11g Polvo de Hornear
  • 1g Stevia en Polvo
  • 4g Canela en Polvo
  • 4g Clavo de Olor en Polvo
  • 5g Anís
  • 220g Plátanos (2 unidades medianas)
  • 90ml Aceite de Oliva Puro
  • 90ml Agua
  • 7.5ml Esencia de Vainilla Negra
  • 10g Pecanas
  • 15g Almendras
  • 15g Castañas
  • 30g Semillas de Girasol
  • 150g de Huevos

Procedimiento

  1. Enharinar y enmantequillar un molde de kekera circular de 16 cm.
  2. Precalentar el horno a 320°F por 15 minutos.
  3. Mezclar los ingredientes secos junto con la stevia en polvo.
  4. Licuar los plátanos junto a los huevos y la esencia de vainilla.
  5. Pasar a un bowl e intercalar los ingredientes secos con el aceite de girasol.
  6. Incorporar los ingredientes líquidos.
  7. Incorporar los frutos secos en trozos.
  8. Hornear a 320°F por 60 minutos.
